Middle School Grades

Each day at middle school begins with worship and a refreshing morning walk around campus. Core subjects include Religion, English, Physical Education, Math, Science, and Social Studies.

To keep learning dynamic and creative, students dive into experiential units and thematic group projects. These lessons are enriched with local field trips and school-wide fairs, giving students the chance to connect classroom learning with the world around them.

A student favorite is the year-long Personal Finance simulation. Using Next Gen Personal Finance resources, the classroom transforms into its own thriving “city.” Students apply financial skills in real time, making decisions and experiencing the outcomes—an engaging way to prepare for real-world money management.

Students also grow as stewards of the land through our new garden and agricultural program, introduced by Middle Grades teacher, Hope Yeagley. While learning to care for plants, they also gain hands-on experience in planning and funding a garden program. This includes running their own plant sale fundraiser, which helps build both responsibility and entrepreneurial skills.
