Elementary Grades

Our curriculum includes: language arts, mathematics, science, social studies & Bible. We believe that children learn best when they’re actively engaged & enjoying themselves.

A young boy with red hair wearing a white polo shirt and dark pants is on his hands and knees on a schoolyard pavement, smiling widely, with children playing and a basketball hoop in the background.
Group of children playing with a rock sorting activity outdoors, with a sand and gravel table under a wooden structure and a chain-link fence in the background.

This atmosphere allows for growth and development of the whole child. Enrichment activities include art, computer literacy, library, music, physical education, and service projects.

Students complete class work at an individual pace within a teacher-supervised and closely monitored schedule. Learning is group-oriented and teacher-directed, with emphasis on teamwork and personal responsibility. Questions and creative ideas blossom in this lively, engaging atmosphere. Whether enjoying a good book in a cozy reading corner or working together on a thematic class project, students in our primary grades avidly explore the world around them.
